    Whiteness Perfect 16% is a dentist-supervised take-home tooth whitening system designed to effectively reduce stains and discoloration. Formulated with 16% carbamide peroxide, the gel helps deliver noticeable whitening results while maintaining patient comfort during treatment.

    The syringe delivery system allows for precise placement of the whitening gel into custom trays, supporting controlled application and even distribution across the teeth. The kit also includes vinyl plates for the fabrication of custom whitening trays, ensuring a personalized fit for optimal treatment effectiveness.

      High-value or restricted items require a signature on delivery. The Authority to Leave option is not available for these items.
