Refund Policy

Change of Mind Returns

All return requests for change of mind purchases must be authorised within 14 working days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for return, products must be:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In their original, unmarked, and resalable packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Approved returns may be subject to inspection prior to processing the refund. Shipping costs associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Indent / Special Order Products

Products classified as Indent Items or Special Order Products are sourced specifically upon customer request and are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.

Where a return is approved at Oxyworld Australia’s discretion, a minimum 20% restocking fee will apply to cover supplier restocking and administrative costs. Any freight, handling, or supplier cancellation fees incurred will also be deducted from the refund amount.

Please choose carefully before placing orders for indent or special-order items.

NO RETURNS Products

Certain high-demand or limited-supply products may be marked as “NO RETURNS.” These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded due to supply constraints and stock allocation requirements.

Please ensure you review your order carefully prior to purchase.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact our customer service team within 14 working days of receiving your order at info@oxyworld.com.au.

To assist with a prompt resolution, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging where applicable

Once assessed, we will provide further instructions regarding replacement, exchange, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
