Change of Mind Returns: All returning products need to be authorised within 14 working days of the purchase. All returning products must be unopened and in its original unmarked packaging. 

NO RETURNS Products: Some high-demand items are marked as NO RETURNS to ensure fair share during times of shortages and limited supply - please choose carefully.

Special Order Products: Any item classified as a Special Order cannot be returned or exchanged - please choose carefully.

Faulty or Defective Products: Any products deemed faulty or defective, or is not of the description as advertised, please email our customer service team within 14 working days of purchase at oxyworldaustralia@gmail.com for further instructions.
