If a signature cannot be obtained, the parcel will be redirected to your local post office or the courier’s depot, which may incur an additional fee.       High-value or restricted items require a signature on delivery. The Authority to Leave option is not available for these items.

    • Free Shipping and Regional Deliveries
      Free shipping applies to orders over $300 AUD (excluding GST) within Sydney, Canberra, Adelaide, Brisbane, and Melbourne metro areas. Standard shipping rates apply to all other postcodes.
